We have a 14-day return policy, you have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received your purchased items to submit a return request

How can I make a return?


Items that can be returned?

✿ Step 1: Please contact us at by submitting request on Contact us link. Please include your full name, email address & request inquiry. Indicating the items you would like to return, the order number, and the reason for the return. We will get back to you as soon as we can.


✿ Step 2: Once the return request is accepted, you will get the instructions on how + where to send the package.


✿ Step 3: Once your returned items are back to us, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been completed

✿ All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with original packaging with tags attached


✿ final sale items are nonrefundable


✿ no offer for exchanges at the moment, you can place a new order and request a return

✿ we are not responsible incorrect information (order address, contact number, or name). If your order information is wrong, please contact us asap with your order number and the correct information before being shipped.


Where is my refund?

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method


✿ If you paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank of the returned item . Please contact the card-issuing bank questions about when the credit will be posted to your account


✿ If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to the online payment method you chose. Please contact the online payment providers questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.
