Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status

after the order has been paid, the warehouse needs at least 1-5 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Order Address Error

Please contact us immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
